via Olives for Dinner
This looks so good I had to try it. It takes a little while to make it but it is well worth the time. The crepes are made from Chickpea flour and a combination of coconut milk, seltzer water and tapioca flour. The inventor of this fabulous meal tried several different combinations until she came up with just the right blend that make these crepes the perfect complement to the Smoky Herbed Mushrooms in the filling.
